Product description
After the medium to be filtered has flowed into the filter housing through the inlet, it flows through the filter elements, which are mounted in a circle on a perforated disc, and exits again through the outlet. The filter elements are flown through from the inside to the outside, so that the impurities are retained inside the elements.
The backwash process starts as soon as the set pressure difference or the set time interval is reached. Without interrupting the ongoing filtration, the backwash rotor moves under all filter elements one after the other and cleans them in pairs in counterflow with already filtered medium. During the backwash process, the backwash valve is open and closes automatically after all filter elements have been backwashed.
