The medium to be filtered flows directly at the base block - where the inlet connection is located - into the interior of the filter housing and flows through the filter mesh of the filter element used there, then it leaves the in-line filter via the outlet connection, which is also located at the base block.
The filter element inserted in the in-line filter housing consists of a support body over which a laminate cylinder is fitted. The laminate cylinder is composed of different filter fabrics, which are designed according to the filtration task in terms of their design and fineness.
